M&J Beauty Academy handled student registration, examinations, grading, and payments in separate tools, which meant entering the same information in several places.
Phoenix Libra built a school management system where the student record is the center: from initial registration through digital examinations, grading, and payment status.
The system was designed around the administrative processes the school already had, so staff could adopt it without completely changing how they work.
